Duluth East Girls Basketball

EGBA Fall Skills Academy
The East Girls Basketball Association (EGBA) will host a Fall Skills Academy at Ordean Middle School for girls basketball players (grades 3-8).
 

Each hour and 30 minute-long session is carefully planned to maximize the number of quality repetitions a player achieves. We will focus primarily on age appropriate skill development, but will also incorporate small sided games (2 on 2, 3 on 3, 4 on 4, etc) as well as live team play. The coaching staff will work on team concepts on the offensive and defensive sides of the basketball as well. 

The plan is to have two separate sessions based on current grade (2024-25); however depending on registration numbers, the two sessions may be combined.

Session I
